摘要
对特高压输送电线路中首次使用的角钢钢管混合塔结构进行优化设计及真型试验。首先用TTA及ANSYS软件对单回路角钢钢管组合铁塔进行了对比优化设计,然后进行1∶1的真型试验,通过对试验结果与理论计算的对比分析,得出角钢钢管混合结构实测应力比计算应力稍大,角钢钢管组合塔的安全性要远大于角钢塔,具有很高的可靠度。
In this paper,the optimum design and true type test of angle steel tube hybrid tower used for the first time in UHV transmission line are carried out.First of all,using TTA and ANSYS software to optimize the design of single circuit angle steel tube composite tower,and then carry out 1:1 true test.Through the comparative analysis of the test results and theoretical calculation,it is concluded that the measured stress of the angle steel tube hybrid structure is slightly larger than the calculated stress,and the safety of the angle steel tube composite tower is greater than that of the angle steel tower,which has a high reliability.
