Composition on Main System of Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant

介绍了我国垃圾焚烧发电厂主要系统的组成部分及常用工艺流程。垃圾焚烧发电厂大多采用机械炉排炉焚烧垃圾,利用余热锅炉提高热量利用率,根据余热锅炉蒸汽参数选择汽轮机型号,同时配套烟气净化系统、循环冷却塔系统,厂内配有与机组配套的垃圾贮存库(坑),垃圾渗滤液处理系统等。垃圾发电既减少了生活垃圾对社会发展、居民生活带来的危害,又产生了电能,解决了部分地区能源紧张的问题。

This paper introduces the main system components and common process flow of waste incineration power plant.Most of the waste incineration power plants use mechanical grate incinerators to incinerate waste,and use waste heat boilers to improve the heat utilization rate.According to the steam parameters of waste heat boilers,the steam turbine model is selected.Meanwhile,the flue gas purification system and circulating cooling tower system are equipped.The plant is equipped with waste storage and landfill leachate treatment system matched with the unit.Garbage power generation reduces the harm of domestic garbage to social deve-lopment and people’s life,produces electric energy,and solves the problem of energy shortage in some areas.
