轨道车用柴油发电机组是一款安装在轨道作业车内的柴油发电机组,为轨道作业车提供AC380V或AC220V电源,用于作业车内空调、取暖、电空压机、电加热生活用电等需求。为了控制作业车的安装空间,且具备降噪功能,设计了一款悬挂式静音型柴油发电机组,结果表明:轨道车用悬挂式静音型柴油发电机组满足轨道作业车底部悬挂式安装,具备降噪功能,具有两台机组并机及互锁功能,节约轨道车的安装空间,可在运行速度高,振动强度大,工作环境恶劣等条件下长期使用。

The diesel generator set for railway cars is a diesel generator set installed in the track work vehicle.It provides AC380V or AC220V power supply for the railway cars.It is used for air conditioning,heating,electric air compressor,electric heating and life in the working vehicle.Demand for electricity,etc.In order to save the user's installation space for the operation vehicle and have the noise reduction function,a suspended silent diesel generator set was designed.The results show that the suspended silent diesel generator set for railway cars meets the suspension installation of the bottom of the rail operation vehicle equipped with noise reduction function,parallel and interlocking functions of two units,saving installation space of railway cars,and can be used for a long time under the conditions of high operating speed,high vibration intensity,and harsh working environment.
