摘要
针对某型雷达在试验过程中出现发射电源11 V/5.5 V输出不转换的现象,发现前期对发射电源的过流、过压保护功能参数进行过调整,定位故障件为R34电阻阻值开路失效.通过建立故障模型进行分析,确定为机械应力累积导致,调整改进工艺后重新测试.结果满足技术指标要求,验证了改进的正确性。
For the phenomenon that the 11V/5.5V output of the transmitting power is not converted during the test,it is found that the over-current and over-voltage protection function parameters of the transmitting power supply have been adjusted in the early stage. The faulty component is located in the open-circuit failure of the R34 resistor value,and is analyzed by establishing a fault model to determine the accumulation of mechanical stress. After re-testing after adjusting the improved process,the results meet the requirements of the technical indicators and verify the correctness of the improvement.
