摘要
首先阐述电网传统营销服务渠道的不足,指出新媒体营销服务渠道产生原因。重点分析掌上电力、微信公众号、支付宝生活3种主流电网新媒体营销服务渠道的特点和优势,指出分散运营在客户体验、经济效益和业务管控中存在的问题,提出3方面工作思路,最后总结新媒体渠道服务发展意义。
The shortages of traditional marketing service channels of the power grid are expounded and the reasons for the emergence of new media marketing service channels are also pointed out.Focusing on analyzing the characteristics and advantages of the three mainstream power grid new media marketing service channels,which are Pocket Power,WeChat official account and alipay life,the problems in customer experience,economic benefits and business control are mentioned.Then,working ideas from three aspects are put forward.Finally,the significance of the development of new media channel services is summarized.
