中国城市群土地问题研究进展

China’s Research Progress in Land Issues of Urban Agglomerations

通过梳理前人相关文献可知,中国学者对城市群土地问题的研究主要集中在城市群的土地承载力、城市群土地集约利用、城市群土地利用评价和城市群土地利用变化及其效应等四个方面。中国城市群土地研究存在一定不足,没有能够突出城市群的特点,缺乏以城市群为整体的土地研究,亟待理论和方法上的突破。中国城市群土地的未来研究应彰显城市群特点,加强对城市群与外围腹地关系的研究,改进城市群土地研究的数据获取手段,取得概念上的统一认识。

Based on the previous literature in China on land issues of urban agglomerations,it can be concluded that the research on urban agglomeration land by Chinese scholars mainly focuses on four aspects:land carrying capacity of urban agglomeration,intensive land use of urban agglomeration,land use evaluation of urban agglomeration,and land use change of urban agglomeration and its effects.There are some deficiencies in the land research of urban agglomerations in China,such as the lack of prominent characteristics of urban agglomerations,the lack of research on the whole of urban agglomerations,and the urgent need for theoretical and methodological breakthroughs in land research of urban agglomerations.In the future,the study of urban agglomeration land in China should highlight the characteristics of urban agglomeration,strengthen the study of the relationship between urban agglomeration and the surrounding hinterland,improve the means of data acquisition in urban agglomeration land research,and achieve a unified understanding of the relevant concepts.
