摘要
教师的发展是其教育生活的丰富,也是其教育知识的构筑与完善。教师如果忽视自身实践性知识的获取,可能会制约或危及教师专业的健康发展。从教师实践性知识价值意蕴的角度来看,它在凸显教师的专业特性、改善教师专业的教育生活方式、改变教师专业成长与发展的层次方面具有不可忽视的作用。正视教师实践性知识的价值取向,应关注并辩证地看待教师专业发展与实践性知识的内在关系,才能更好地探索教师专业发展的路径。
The development of teachers is not only the enrichment of their educational life,but also the construction and improvement of their educational knowledge.If teachers ignore the acquisition of their practical knowledge,it may restrict or endanger the healthy development of teachers’profession.From the perspective of the value implication of teachers’practical knowledge,it plays an important role in highlighting teachers’professional characteristics,improving teachers’professional life style,as well as changing the level of teachers’professional growth and development.To face up to the value orientation of teachers’practical knowledge,we should pay attention to and dialectically view the internal relationship between teachers’professional development and practical knowledge,so as to better explore the path of teachers’professional development.
