摘要
三阴性乳腺癌有独特的临床表型,目前缺乏有效的靶向治疗药物。研究三阴性乳腺癌的发生机制,寻找新的治疗靶点迫在眉睫。PAFAH1B3是驱动三阴性乳腺癌发生中的一种关键代谢酶,靶向沉默PAFAH1B3会导致多种抑癌的信号脂类上调,抑制癌细胞的增殖和侵袭。PAFAH1B3可能成为一种新的治疗靶点,有广泛的应用前景。
Breast cancer seriously threatens the health of women,its incidence is increasing recently.Triple negative breast cancer( TNBC) has distinct clinical phenotypes,there are no effective targeting drugs available currently. It is imperative to further study the pathogenesis of TNBC and seek novel targets for therapy. PAFAH1B3 is a critical driver of TNBC pathogenicity,targeting PAFAH1B3 can upregulate a series of anti-tumorigenic lipids,inhibiting the proliferation and invasion of cancer cells.PAFAH1B3 may be a promising target for treatment of TNBC.
