Comprehensive Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment Strategies for Pediatric Corona Virus Disease 2019

目的:分析儿童新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的诊断和治疗方案,为儿童COVID-19的诊疗提供参考.方法:检索主要中英文数据库、国家卫生健康委员会和中华医学会等网站,纳入提供了儿童COVID-19诊疗方案的研究.利用Excel 2016制定数据提取表,提取基本信息、诊断标准和治疗方案,并进行汇总分析.结果:COVID-19疑似病例和确诊病例的诊断方法较为明确,且各研究提供的方法较为一致.治疗方法包括一般治疗、抗病毒治疗、抗菌药物治疗、糖皮质激素治疗、免疫球蛋白治疗、呼吸支持、器官功能支持、血液净化和中医治疗等方面.一些药物的疗效不确定,仅为尝试使用.许多治疗方法的适应证、用法、用量尚不清楚.结论:目前的治疗方案存在一定的不足,未来应不断修改和完善儿童COVID-19的诊疗方案,制定更为严谨的循证指南.

Objective:To analyze the diagnosis and treatment strategies ofpediatric Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),and to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric COVID-19.Methods:The main Chinese and English databases,Chinese National Health Committee and the Chinese Medical Association were searched.Studies including diagnostic and treatment strategies for pediatric COVID-19 were included.Excel 2016 wasused to create data extraction tables to extract basic information,diagnostic criteria and treatment strategies,and conduct analyses.Results:The diagnosis methods for suspected and confirmed cases of pediatric COVID-19 were clear,and the methods provided by the studies were consistent.Treatment methods includedbasic treatment,antiviral treatment,antibacterial treatment,glucocorticoid treatment,immunoglobulin treatment,respiratory support,organic function support,blood purification and traditional Chinese medicine.The efficacy of some drugs was uncertain,and the indications,usage and dosage of many treatments were not clear.Conclusion:The current treatment strategies had certain shortcoming.The diagnosis and treatment strategies of pediatric COVID-19 should befurther modified and improved,and high-quality evidence-based guidelines need to be developed.
