数字人文视阈下档案数字化生存路径的创新思考

The Innovative Thinking of Archives Digital Survival Path from the Perspective of Digital Humanity

[目的/意义]数字人文作为科学研究的“第四范式”,其核心理念强调计算机技术与人文知识的融合发展,势必会对档案数字化生存状态、生产方式以及存在价值产生深刻影响。因此,有必要对数字人文视域下档案数字化生存的价值和路径做进一步探讨和研究。[方法/过程]借鉴图书、情报和档案领域的相关内容,将档案数字化生存定义为原生数字档案和次生数字档案及其数据化存在的状态及面临的风险,涉及数字档案的长期保存、元数据的著录标引等问题。同时,将数字人文的内涵实质概括为数据思维、人文关怀和创新理念,并基于其内涵实质,将档案数字数字化生产价值表述为阐述性价值和解释性价值,其中阐述性价值指向是什么,而解释性价值指向为什么,前者通过“印证”的方式实现,后者通过“发现”的方式实现。[结果/结论]从数字思维、人文关怀以及创新理念三个方面阐述了档案数字化的生存路径,包括以论证为指向,树立数据思维;以人为本,彰显人文关怀;以创新为动力,促进多元价值实现。

[Purpose/Significance]As the"fourth paradigm"of scientific research,the core idea of Digital Humanities emphasizes the integration and development of computer technology and human knowledge,which is bound to have a profound impact on the digital existence state,production mode and existence value of archives.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore and study the value and path of archives digital existence from the perspective of digital humanity.[Method/Process]Referring to the relevant contents in the field of books,information and archives,the digital existence of archives is defined as the existing state and risk of the primary digital archives and secondary digital archives and their digitalization,involving the long-term preservation of digital archives,the description and indexing of metadata,etc.At the same time,the essence of Digital Humanities is summarized as data thinking,humanistic care and innovation idea.Based on its essence,the value of digital production of archives is expressed as descriptive value and interpretative value,in which what is the direction of descriptive value and why is the direction of interpretative value.The former is realized by"confirmation",while the latter is realized by"discovery"Type.[Results/Conclusion]from the three aspects of digital thinking,humanistic care and innovation concept,this paper expounds the survival path of archives digitalization,including taking argumentation as the direction,establishing data thinking;taking people as the basis,highlighting humanistic care;taking innovation as the driving force,promoting the realization of multiple values.
