The Transformation of Intelligence Work:Development Intelligence

[目的/意义]中国日益走近世界舞台中央,传统情报工作面临新的转型。为了研究情报工作转型实质,提出"发展情报"概念。[方法/过程]分析传统情报工作需求丢失原因,引出情报工作的转型方向——发展情报。阐述发展情报的概念、工作模式和人员组织,结合时事热点,梳理总结出发展情报根本价值。[结果/结论]"发展情报"核心内容是提出未来发展目标以及实现该目标的发展路径。其采用智库化呈现方式和"倒金字塔"形人员组织结构。发展情报突出战略研究,当前将回归经济主战场,积极参加到国家民族走近世界舞台中央的大业中,引领社会发展。

[Purpose/significance] China is moving closer to the center of the world stage,and traditional intelligence work is facing a new transformation.In order to better analyze and study the essence of intelligence work transformation,the concept of "development intelligence" is put forward.[Method/process] The reasons for the loss of traditional intelligence work requirements are analyzed,and the transformation direction of intelligence work-development intelligence is drawn out.The concept,the working mode and the personnel organization of development intelligence are expound.Besides,combined with current events and hot spots,the fundamental values of development intelligence are summarized.[Result/conclusion] The core content of "development intelligence" is to put forward the development goal of the future and the development path of achieving the goal.It is presented in a think tank way,and its personnel organization structure is "inverted pyramid".Development intelligence highlights strategic research,and currently returns to the economic front.It actively participate in the great cause of the country and nation approaching the center of the world stage,and leads social development.
