社交网络舆情事件主题图谱构建及可视化研究——以校园突发事件话题为例

Research on Construction and Visualization of Social Network Public Opinion Event Theme Map:A Case Study of Public Opinion on Campus Emergencies

[目的/意义]利用知识图谱构建大数据驱动的社交网络舆情事件主题图谱,是网络舆情学术界和产业界关注的新问题,结合校园突发事件网络舆情进行可视化分析对推动社交网络舆情监控平台的构建具有一定的理论和现实指导意义。[方法/过程]文章在对知识图谱、社交网络舆情事件主题图谱相关理论进行分析梳理的基础上,构建校园突发网络舆情事件主题图谱中的实体、关系和过程模型,并结合"北京交通大学实验室爆炸"舆情事件进行可视化分析。[结果/结论]数据结果表明,政府官微在舆情引导中起到重要作用;可以从"故事线"和"时间线"两个方面对舆情事件进行可视化分析;高校舆情事件在爆发初期、事件调查进展期、事件调查结果期呈现不同的情感倾向;高校舆情事件的传播媒介在移动端和非移动端传播差异不大;舆情夜间传播活跃度高于日间。

[Purpose/significance] Using knowledge map to build a big data-driven social network public opinion event theme map is a new issue of interest in the academic and industrial circles of online public opinion.Visual analysis of online public opinion on campus emergencies has certain theoretical and practical significance in promoting the construction of social network public opinion monitoring platform.[Method/process]Based on the analysis of related theories of knowledge map and theme map of social network public opinion,this paper constructed entities,relationships and process model in the theme map of online campus emergencies,and carried out visual analysis based on the event of "explosion in the laboratory of Beijing Jiaotong University".[Result/conclusion]Results show that government official accounts play an important role in public opinion guidance.Visual analysis of public opinion events can be conducted from two aspects:"story line" and "time line".Public opinion events on campus show different emotional tendencies at the stage of early outbreak,the stage of investigation and the stage of announcement.There is little difference between the mobile end and non-mobile end in the communication media of campus emergencies.Public opinion is more active at night than during the day.
