建设工程项目电子档案的归档应用实践

Practice of Archiving Application for Electronic Archives of Construction Project

2019年5月底,福建省首个建设工程电子档案成功归档于厦门城建档案馆。该项目在基于海迈电子档案平台的基础上进行电子档案的制作、签批、整理、归档。本文基于该项目的成功归档进行了总结,分别从工程电子文件形成、归档和管理三方面阐述建设工程资料电子化的优势,同时提出在建设工程资料电子化实施过程中存在的难点。针对存在难点本文提出了改进措施,为下一步全面推进建设工程资料全过程无纸化工作做准备。

At the end of May 2019, the first electronic archives of construction project in Fujian Province was successfully constructed in the Xiamen Urban Construction Archives. The project uses the Hymake electronic file platform for the producing, signing, sorting and filing of electronic archives. This paper summarizes the successful archiving of the project, and expounds the advantages of electronic construction engineering data in terms of the formation, filing and management of engineering electronic document. At the same time, this paper puts forward the difficulties in the implementation of construction electronic engineering data. Furthermore, aiming to prepare for the comprehensive promotion of paperless in the whole process of processing construction engineering materials, this paper proposes improvement strategies for tackling those difficulties.
