富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯对乙肝肝硬化血清肝纤维化四项及肝脏瞬时弹性检测肝脏硬度数值的影响

Effect of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate on serum liver fibrosis four indexes of hepatitis B cirrhosis and liver transient elasticity test liver hardness value

目的探讨富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯对乙肝肝硬化血清肝纤维化四项及肝脏瞬时弹性检测肝脏硬度数值的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院住院治疗的代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者60例,随机分为两组,每组各30例,观察组予富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯300 mg/次,每天1次;对照组予拉米夫定100 mg/次,每天1次;阿德福韦酯10 mg/次,每天1次,两组均连续治疗12个月。治疗后对比分析两组的血清肝纤维化四项及肝脏瞬时弹性检测肝脏硬度数值。结果治疗前,两组患者的肝纤维化四项指标比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的肝纤维化四项指标HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C水平分别较治疗前比较显著降低,且观察组患者治疗后的肝纤维化四项指标显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的肝脏瞬时弹性检测肝脏硬度数值比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的肝脏瞬时弹性检测肝脏硬度数值分别较治疗前比较显著降低,且观察组患者治疗后的肝脏瞬时弹性检测肝脏硬度数值显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯能显著降低乙肝肝硬化血清肝纤维化四项指标的数值及肝脏瞬时弹性检测肝脏硬度数值。

Objective To investigate the effect of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate on serum liver fibrosis four indexes of hepatitis B cirrhosis and liver transient elasticity test liver hardness value.Methods Sixty patients with compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given tenofovir dipivoxil fumarate 300 mg/time,once a day.The control group was given lamivudine 100 mg/time,once a day,adefovir dipivoxil 10 mg/time,once a day.The two groups were treated for 12 months.After treatment,the serum liver fibrosis four indexes and liver transient elasticity test liver hardness value between two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the four indexes of liver fibrosis between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the liver fibrosis four indexes HA,LN,PCIII andⅣ-C in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.And the four indexes of liver fibrosis after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in liver transient elasticity test liver hardness value between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the liver transient elasticity test liver hardness value of the two groups was significantly lower than those before treatment.And the liver transient elasticity test liver hardness value of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate can significantly reduce the values of serum liver fibrosis four indexes and liver transient elasticity test liver hardness.
