独活寄生汤联合艾瑞昔布治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效评估

Clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with imrecoxib on knee osteoarthritis

目的评估独活寄生汤内服外敷联合艾瑞昔布治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法收集我院2018年2月~2019年1月门诊治疗的KOA患者60例,依据治疗方法差异分为对照组和治疗组,每组患者30例。对照组予以口服艾瑞昔布治疗;治疗组于口服艾瑞昔布基础上辅助独活寄生汤内服外敷治疗。两组患者分别于两个疗程前后行WOMAC评分,同时将两组患者于治疗前后行MRI T2 mapping成像检查,观察两组治疗前后膝关节软骨T2值差异。结果两组患者治疗后WOMAC评分显示治疗组疗效优于对照组,同时治疗组患者膝关节软骨T2值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤内服外敷联合艾瑞昔布治疗KOA可有效提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oral and external application of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with imrecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Sixty patients with KOA treated in the outpatient department from February 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were enrolled.According to the difference of treatment methods,they were divided as the control group and the treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group were treated with oral imrecoxib,while the treatment group were treated with oral and external use of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with imrecoxib.The WOMAC scores of the two groups were assessed before and after two courses of treatment.MRI T2 mapping imaging was performed before and after treatment in the two groups.The differences of T2 values of knee joint cartilage before and after treatment were observed.Results The WOMAC scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.The T2 value of knee joint cartilage in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral and external use of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with imrecoxib in the treatment of KOA can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and is worthy of popularization.
