川芎龙蛭汤联合尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的效果及安全性观察

Observation on the efficacy and safety of Chuanxiong Longzhi decoction combined with urokinase thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的研究川芎龙蛭汤和尿激酶溶栓联合治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果和安全性。方法收集2018年6月~2019年3月在我院治疗的急性脑梗死患者60例,按照数字法随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组采取川芎龙蛭汤和尿激酶溶栓联合治疗,对照组采取单一的尿激酶溶栓治疗。对比两组治疗效果、日常生活能力和不良反应发生情况。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组为76.67%,实验组的治疗效果优于对照组;实验组治疗后Barthel指数评分为(85.26±9.14),对照组为(71.29±8.17),实验组日常生活能力优于对照组;实验组不良反应发生率为3.33%,对照组为23.33%,实验组不良反应发生率少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将川芎龙蛭汤和尿激酶溶栓联合用于急性脑梗死的治疗,可有效改善临床症状,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,效果显著,安全性较高。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Chuanxiong Longzhi decoction combined with urokinase thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the digital method.The experimental group was treated with Chuanxiong Longzhi decoction and urokinase thrombolysis,and the control group was treated with single urokinase thrombolytic therapy.The treatment effect,daily living ability and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was better than that of the control group(76.67%).The Barthel index of the experimental group was(85.26±9.14),and the Barthel index of the control group was(71.29±8.17).The daily living ability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.33%,and that in the control group was 23.33%.The adverse reactions in the experimental group were less than those in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chuanxiong Longzhi decoction and urokinase thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients,which has high effect and high safety.
