基于质性访谈改进手术室排班模式的实践 被引量:1

Practice of improving operating room scheduling mode based on qualitative interview

摘要 目的通过质性访谈提炼主题,改进手术室排班模式的效果实践。方法2017年1~6月我院采用质性访谈中的描述性现象学研究法,对15名不同层级、不同专科的护士,针对护士排班模式进行半结构式访谈,进行现象学七步分析法,整理访谈中的重要主题,以此改进手术室排班方法,促进新排班模式实践。并在实施新排班模式前后进行9个维度的满意度评估。结果新排班模式前后的得分采用配对t检验,其中在个人及专业发展机会[(26.90±5.31)分vs(29.28±4.72)分],成就感[(21.86±2.97)分vs(23.38±3.16)分],排班安排与工作条件[(44.52±7.69)分vs(48.38±7.07)分],职业本身特点[(18.12±3.05)分vs(19.38±2.69)分],管理与医院政策[(26.82±4.80)分vs(29.54±4.38)分],家庭与工作间的平衡[(10.32±3.13)分vs(11.94±3.68)分]六个项目比较中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过质性访谈,为手术室新排班模式提供实施依据,并可提高手术室护士满意度,为护理管理者提供一种新的改进思路。 Objective To refine the theme through qualitative interview and improve the practice of operating room scheduling mode.Methods From January to June 2017,the descriptive phenomenological research method in qualitative interview was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 15 different nurses at different levels for nurses'scheduling patterns,conduct phenomenological seven-step analysis,sort out important topics in the interview,in order to improve the operating room scheduling method and promote the practice of the new scheduling model.A nine-dimensional satisfaction assessment was conducted before and after the implementation of the new scheduling model.Results Paired t-tests were used for scores before and after the new shift model.Among them,there was significant difference in the opportunities for personal and professional development[(26.90±5.31)points vs(29.28±4.72)points],sense of accomplishment[(21.86±2.97)points vs(23.38±3.16)points],scheduling and working conditions[(44.52±7.69)points vs(48.38±7.07)points],occupational characteristics[(18.12±3.05)points vs(19.38±2.69)points],management and hospital policies[(26.82±4.80)points vs(29.54±4.38)points],family and work balance[(10.32±3.13)points vs(11.94±3.68)]points(P<0.05).Conclusion Through qualitative interviews,it provides the basis for the implementation of the new scheduling model in the operating room,and can improve the satisfaction of the nurses in the operating room,providing a new improvement idea for the nursing manager.
