PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用及对器械清洁消毒合格率的影响

Application of PDCA circulation in nursing management of disinfection supply room and its influence on qualified rate of equipment cleaning and disinfection

目的探讨PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用及对器械清洁消毒合格率的影响。方法选取2017年2月~2019年6月期间我院消毒供应室器械1150件,并依据管理时间不同将其分为两组,对照组为2017年2月~2018年2月,研究组为2018年3月~2019年6月,每组575件器械。对照组采用常规性管理方案,研究组则采用PDCA循环管理,以此观察两组的器械清洁消毒合格率、管理质量及器械感染率。结果研究组器械清洁消毒合格率(90.8%)高于对照组的78.3%(P<0.05),研究组器械管理质量高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组器械感染率(1.9%)低于对照组的14.4%(P<0.05)。结论于消毒供应室中采用PDCA循环管理可显著提升器械清洁消毒合格率,提升供应室器械管理质量,避免器械感染,值得在各大医院中推广研究。

Objective To explore the application of plan-do-check action(PDCA)cycle in the nursing management of disinfection supply room and its influence on the qualified rate of equipment cleaning and disinfection.Methods 1150 instruments in the disinfection and supply room of Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected between February 2017 and June 2019,and divided into two groups according to the management time.The control group was from February 2017 to February 2018,and the study group was from March 2018 to June 2019,with 575 instruments in each group.The control group was adopted routine management plan,while the study group was adopted PDCA cycle management.The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,management quality and infection rate of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of equipment cleaning and disinfection in the study group was 90.8%,which was higher than that in the control group(78.3%)(P<0.05);the quality of equipment management in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the infection rate of equipment in the study group was 1.9%,which was lower than that in the control group(14.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly improve the cleaning rate of the equipment,improve the management quality of the supply room,and avoid the infection of the equipment.It is worth popularizing in the hospitals.
