临床医学专业本科生对医学统计学的学习态度调查分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解临床医学专业本科生对医学统计学的学习态度。方法用整群抽样法随机抽取我校2016级临床医学专业本科三年级3个阶梯教室的学生709人作为调查对象。使用SATS-36量表调查研究对象对医学统计学的学习态度,使用Pearson相关系数分析量表各因子得分与课程考试成绩的影响。结果共回收有效问卷692份,有效率97.60%。量表整体的克朗巴赫系数为0.91,全部6个因子的克朗巴赫系数除难度这一因子的系数为-0.039外,其余因子的系数均大于0.7,表明SATS-36量表对我国临床医学专业本科生具有良好的信度。量表各因子得分表明临床医学专业本科生对医学统计学在情感(4.56±1.06)、认知能力(4.58±1.08)、难度(3.64±0.56)、兴趣(4.92±1.29)等方面持中性的态度,在价值(5.10±1.17)和努力(5.90±1.09)方面持积极的态度。课程考试成绩与情感(r=0.085)、认知能力(r=0.156)、价值(r=0.168)和努力(r=0.149)等因子呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论在医学统计学教学中应加强学生学习信心的培养,通过改进教学手段等方式提高学生对医学统计学的喜爱程度。 Objective To understand the attitude of clinical medicine undergraduates towards medical statistics.Methods A total number of 7092016-grade third-yearclinical medicine undergraduates of three lecture theatres in our school were randomly selected using cluster sampling method.The SATS-36 scale was applied to investigate the attitude of the subjects towards medical statistics.The Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze impact of the scores of the scale factors and the course grade.Results A total number of 692 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 97.60%.The overall Cronbach's alpha of the scale was 0.91.The Cronbach's alpha of the difficulty factor was-0.039,while the coefficients of all the other five factors was greater than 0.7,indicating good reliability of SATS-36 scale among clinical medicine undergraduates in China.It was indicated by the scores of the scale factors that clinical medicine undergraduates had neutral attitudes towards medical statistics in terms of emotion(4.56±1.06),cognitive ability(4.58±1.08),difficulty(3.64±0.56),and interest(4.92±1.29).The attitude was positive in terms of value(5.10±1.17)and effort(5.90±1.09).The course grades were positively correlated with factors such as emotion(r=0.085),cognitive ability(r=0.156),value(r=0.168),and effort(r=0.149)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of medical statistics,the cultivation of students'learning confidence should be strengthened.Teaching methods should be improved to increasestudents'preference for medical statistics.
