We,the Foreign Ministers of ASEAN and the People's Republic of China,met in Vientiane,Lao People's Democratic Republic,on Februaiy 20,2020 for the Special ASEAN-China Foreign Ministers' Meeting on the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19);NOTING the ASEAN Chairman's Statement on ASEAN collective response to the outbreak of the COVID-19 issued on February 14,2020,which expressed concern over the outbreak of the respiratory illness caused by COVID-19.
