帕利哌酮不同剂型联合解郁安神汤治疗精神分裂症疗效观察及对催乳素水平的影响

Effect of Different Preparations of Peroperidone Combined with Jieyu Anshen Tang on Schizophrenia and Prolactin Level

目的:比较不同剂型帕利哌酮(帕利哌酮注射液与帕利哌酮缓释片)联合解郁安神汤治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对患者催乳素水平的影响。方法:纳入50例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为研究组和基础组,每组25例,采用帕利哌酮注射液联合解郁安神汤治疗为研究组,采用帕利哌酮缓释片联合解郁安神汤治疗为基础组,治疗时间为6个月。采用精神分裂症阳性和阴性症状量表评分表(PANSS)分析2组的治疗疗效,采用副反应量表(TESS)分析药效的安全性,并检测血清催乳素水平。结果:治疗前,2组PANSS各项评分、催乳素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组各指标较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组PANSS各项评分均低于基础组,研究组催乳素水平变化低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月与6个月后,研究组TESS评分分别为(10.16±4.15)分、(9.70±2.68)分,基础组为(11.55±4.05)分、(10.6±3.71)分,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相对于帕利哌酮缓释片联合解郁安神汤,帕利哌酮注射液联合解郁安神汤的治疗疗效更佳,对患者血清中催乳素水平的影响更小。

Objective:To observe the effect of different preparations of peroperidone combined with Jieyu Anshen tang on schizophrenia and the prolactin level. Methods:A total of 50 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the study group and the basic group,25 cases in each group. The study group was treated with peroperidone injection and Jieyu Anshen tang;the basic group was treated with peroperidone release tablets and Jieyu Anshen tang. Both groups were treated for six months. The therapeutic effect in the two groups was analyzed by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) for schizophrenia;the safety of medicine was analyzed by the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS),and the level of prolactin in serum was detected. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of each score of PANSS and the level of prolactin between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,all indexes in the two groups were improved(P<0.05). After treatment,each score of PANSS in the study group was lower than that in the basic group,and the level of prolactin was lower,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Three and six months after treatment,the score of TESS was(10.16±4.15) and(9.70±2.68) in the study group respectively,and(11.55±4.05) and(10.6±3.71) in the basic group respectively, there being no significant difference in the respective comparison between them(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the therapy of peroperidone release tablets combined with Jieyu Anshen tang,the therapy of peroperidone injection and Jieyu Anshen tang has more significant therapeutic effect with less influence on the level of prolactin in serum.
