疏风解毒胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响

Clinical Effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules for Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection and Its Effect on Inflammatory Factors

目的:观察疏风解毒胶囊对急性上呼吸道感染患者疗效及对血清中炎症因子水平的影响。方法:将237例急性上呼吸道感染患者随机双盲分为对照组119例和观察组118例。对照组以常规对症治疗加口服模拟剂;观察组则给予常规对症治疗加口服疏风解毒胶囊。比较2组体温、白细胞(WBC)计数及相关炎症因子,如白细胞介素-1 (IL-1)、降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平变化。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率(90.68%)大于对照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第3天,观察组患者体温明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组外周血WBC计数、IL-1、PCT、TNF-α、IFN-γ、PGE2水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏风解毒胶囊可减少急性上呼吸道感染患者体内炎症因子的释放,有效控制炎症反应,治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Jiedu capsules for acute upper respiratory tract infection and its effect on the levels of inflammatory factors in serum. Methods: A total of 237 cases of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the randomized doubleblind method,119 and 118 cases in each group respectively. Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment;the control group was additionally treated with simulant,and the observation group was additionally given oral administration of Shufeng Jiedu capsules. The changes of levels of temperatures, white blood cell(WBC) count and related inflammatory factors including interleukin-1(IL-1), procalcitonin(PCT), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.68% in the observation group,higher than that of 76.47% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). On the third day after treatment,the temperature in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of WBC count,IL-1,PCT, TNF-α,IFN-γ and PGE2 in peripheral blood were all lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Shufeng Jiedu capsules has significant curative effect in treating patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection,which can reduce the release of inflammatory factors in the body and effectively control inflammatory responses.
