康复新液联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Quadruple Therapy for Helicobacter Pylori Positive Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:探讨康复新液联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效及对胃蛋白酶原PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平的影响。方法:选取Hp阳性CAG患者150例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组予以四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用康复新液。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前及治疗后PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平、PGⅠ/PGⅡ值及炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为84.00%,显著高于对照组54.67%(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率为85.67%,显著高于对照组61.33%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平及PGⅠ/PGⅡ值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组PGⅠ水平及PGⅠ/PGⅡ值较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组PGⅠ水平及PGⅠ/PGⅡ值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性CAG效果良好,可有效改善患者血清PG水平和炎症反应。

Objective:To study the curative effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with quadruple therapy for helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) and the effect on the levels of pepsinogen(PG) Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Methods:Selected150 cases of patients with Hp positive CAG and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 75 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with quadruple therapy and the observation group was additionally given Kangfuxin liquid. Compared the clinical effect in the two groups,the levels of PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ,PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ values and the levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 84.00%, being evidently higher than that of 54.67% in the control group(P<0.05);the Hp eradication rate in the observation group was 85.67%,being evidently higher than that of 61.33% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of PG Ⅰand PG Ⅱ and PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ values in the two group(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ values were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Kangfuxin liquid combined with quadruple therapy for Hp positive CAG has good effect,which can effectively improve the serum PG levels and inflammatory reactions in patients.
