葆宫止血颗粒治疗药物流产后子宫出血临床研究

Clinical Study on Baogong Zhixue Granules for Uterine Hemorrhage after Drug Abortion

目的:探究葆宫止血颗粒治疗药物流产后子宫出血的临床效果及对患者凝血功能的影响。方法:选取行药物流产后子宫出血患者216例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各108例。对照组采用常规药物头孢克洛分散片治疗,研究组采用葆宫止血颗粒进行治疗。比较2组患者临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生情况、凝血功能指标改善情况、临床症状改善情况以及完全流产率。结果:研究组完全流产率为93.52%,对照组为91.67%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组用药总时间和停止用药时间明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组纤维蛋白原(Fib)低于对照组,凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为3.70%,显著低于对照组31.48%(P<0.05)。结论:葆宫止血颗粒治疗药物流产后子宫出血的疗效显著,不仅改善凝血功能,降低子宫出血量,同时降低了治疗后不良反应的发生情况,改善患者生命质量,提高预后,值得在临床上进一步应用和推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Baogong Zhixue granules for uterine hemorrhage after drug abortion and its effect on the coagulation function of patients. Methods:Selected 216 cases of patients with uterine hemorrhage after drug abortion and divided them into the study group and the control group according to the random number table,with 108 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine drug of cefaclor dispersible tablets and the study group was given Baogong Zhixue granules. Compared the effective rate of clinical treatment,incidence condition of adverse reactions,improvement of the indexes of coagulation function, improvement of clinical symptoms and complete abortion rate of patients in the two groups. Results:The complete abortion rate was 93.52% in the study group and 91.67% in the control group, and compared the two groups, difference being insignificant(P>0.05). The total time of administration and the stopping time of administration in the study group were obviously less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate in the study group was 100%,being evidently higher than that of 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fibrinogen(Fib) in the study group was lower than that in the control group and the prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT) and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.70%,being evidently lower than that of 31.48% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Baogong Zhixue granules for uterine hemorrhage after drug abortion has evident curative effect, which not only improves the coagulation function and reduces the uterine bleeding quantity,but also reduces the incidence condition of adverse reactions after treatment,improves the quality of life of patients and enhances the prognosis. Therefore,it is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
