清热祛瘀汤治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床研究

Clinical Study on Qingre Quyu Tang for Oral Lichen Planus

目的:观察清热祛瘀汤治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法:将88例口腔扁平苔藓随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组44例;对照组给予雷公藤多甙片治疗,黏膜糜烂者则加用冰硼散外敷;治疗组在对照组的基础上联合清热祛瘀汤口服,观察比较2组临床疗效、复发情况及不良反应。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.46%,对照组为81.82%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率治疗组为4.54%,对照组为15.91%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应率治疗组为4.54%,对照组为13.95%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热祛瘀汤治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效确切,且复发率及不良反应均较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Quyu tang for oral lichen planus. Methods:A total of 88 cases of oral lichen planus were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum, and the patients with mucosal erosion were additionally given external application of Bingpeng powder;the treatment group was additionally given the oral administration of Qingre Quyu tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect,recurrence and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95.46% in the treatment group and 81.82%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate was 4.54% in the treatment group and15.91% in the control group,and there was significant difference being found in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate was 4.54% in the treatment group and 13.95% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of Qingre Quyu tang for oral lichen planus has definite curative effect and relatively low recurrence rate and adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
