摘要
根据六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)高爆炸能量的特点,通过对原材料和工艺的选择,采用捏合-造粒法对CL-20进行包覆造粒来制备CL-20基压装型抗过载温压炸药。实验结果表明:制备的CL-20基压装型抗过载温压炸药包覆质量好、堆积密度高、颗粒较光滑。经性能测试,采用复合钝感体系能显著降低CL-20单质炸药的机械感度。
According to the CL-20 high explosive energy feature, through the selection of raw materials and processes, the CL-20 was coated and granulated by kneading-granulation method to prepare CL-20 based press-fit type anti-overload temperature and pressure explosive. The test results show that the prepared CL-20 base press-type anti-overload temperature and pressure explosive has good coating quality, high bulk density, and smooth particles. The test shows that the composite insensitive system can significantly reduce the CL-20 elemental explosive mechanical sensitivity.
