社会工作介入困境儿童保护之探讨

困境儿童,因其自身、家庭、环境等的存在的不利因素造成他们在身心、生活、学习、成长方面面临着种种问题,社会工作介入困境儿童保护,可提升困境儿童保护的专业性、凸显对困境儿童的人性化、精准化服务。围绕以下问题:如何界定困境儿童、以项目化运作的困境儿童保护服务如何保持长期性和连贯性、服务内容的多样性如何体现儿童保护社会工作者的专业性和职业性等,立足于预防、救助、发展三个视角,提出对困境儿童进行全程性保护、加强儿童社会工作人才队伍的建设力度、优化儿童社会工作服务理念和方法、进一步明晰角色定位、多方力量协同等,共同促进困境儿童保护,推进社会工作服务困境儿童的专业化、职业化发展。

Children in distress are facing various problems.Social work intervention in the protection of children in distress can enhance the professionalism of the protection of children in distress and highlight the humanization and precision service for children in distress. Around the following questions: how to define the childrenin distress, how to maintain the continuity of child protection services, how the diversity of services reflects the professionalismof child protection social workers.This paper proposes to carry out whole-process protection for children in distress,strengthen the construction of social work for children, optimize the service concept and method of social work for children, coordinate with various forces to jointly promote the the professional development of children in distress.
