社会工作介入留守儿童关爱服务的实践研究——以我国西南地区为例

Practical Research on Social Work Intervention in the Care Service of Left-behind Children in China-Vietnam Border

近年来,社会工作得到了快速发展,获得政府和社会各界的积极认可,社会工作介入农村留守儿童关爱服务成为当前我国开展精准扶贫的重要方式之一,如何实现扶贫先扶智,让更多的留守儿童跟上发展的步伐,尤其重要。处于我国边境少数民族地区的广西崇左市天等县,由于历史和地理等综合原因,社会工作事业发展缓慢,社工机构参与留守儿童关爱处于起步阶段。在对崇左市天等县的深入研究后,发现社工机构承接的农村留守儿童关爱服务取得了一定的积极效果,但相对于其他地区而言,还存在项目运营经验不足,缺乏长远规划、缺乏品牌建设意识,项目宣传不足、缺乏专业人才、外部交流少等问题,为此,应该要加强项目管理、注重品牌建设、优化人才结构、推动项目合作。

In recent years, social work has been developing rapidly.It received positive recognition from the government and all sectors of society.Social work intervention in care service for left-behind children in rural areas has become one of the important ways to carry out the accurate poverty alleviation in China.It is particularly important to help the wisdom first and let more left-behind children keep up with the pace of development.In Tiandeng county of Chongzuo city, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, which is located in the border minority areas of China, due to historical and geographical reasons, the development of social work is slow, and the participation of social work institutions in the care of left-behind children is at the initial stage. After an in-depth study of Tiandeng county in Chongzuo city, it is found that the care services for left-behind children in rural areas undertaken by social work agencies have achieved certain positive effects.However, compared with other regions, there are still some problems, such as insufficient project operation experience, lack of long-term planning, lack of brand building awareness, insufficient project publicity, lack of professionals, and less external exchanges.Therefore, it should strengthen project management, pay attention to brand building, optimize talent structure and promote project cooperation.
