某高校新生体检结果分析

Analysis of physical examination results of freshmen in an university

目的分析某高校入学新生的体检结果,为制定健康管理措施提供依据。方法开展某高校入学新生体检(内科、外科、五官科、实验室检查),对血压、肝功与血脂、体质指数、视力、脊柱侧弯等结果进行分析。结果共调查男生357人,女生641人。高血压患病率1.80%(男2.24%、女1.56%),血脂升高率14.83%(男15.97%、女14.20%),转氨酶升高率4.81%(男8.12%、女2.96%),超重率17.64%(男24.93%、女13.97%),肥胖率7.62%(男12.32%、女4.99%),视力不良率79.36%(男73.67%、女82.53%),脊柱侧弯率1.60%(男1.12%、女1.87%)。不同性别的体质量组构成、血压分型构成、视力不良率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同体质量组的收缩压升高率、血脂升高率、转氨酶升高率、脊柱侧弯率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);超重和肥胖组的收缩压升高率、血脂升高率高于其他组;肥胖组的转氨酶升高率高于其他组;轻体质量组的脊柱侧弯率高于其他组。结论大学新生的视力不良率和非正常体质量率较高,高血压、血脂异常、肝功异常、脊柱侧弯检出率较低,女生的健康状况优于男生。应重视大学生的健康状况,制定综合干预措施,做好学生健康管理工作。

Objective To analyze the physical examination results of freshmen in a university,so as to provide the evidence for making health management measures.Methods The physical examinations [medicine,surgery,ear,nose,and throat(ENT),and laboratory] were conducted in the freshmen of a university,and the main results [blood pressure,liver function,blood lipids,body mass index(BMI),visual acuity,and scoliosis] were analyzed.Results A total of 357 male students and 641 female students were investigated.The prevalence rate of hypertension was 1.80%(1.56% in the female and 2.24%the male),the rise rate of blood lipids was 14.83%(14.20% in the female and 15.97% in the male),the rise rate of transaminase was 4.81%(2.96% in the female and 8.12% in the male),the overweight rate was 17.64%(13.97% in the female and 24.93% in the male),the obesity rate was 7.62%(4.99% in the female and 12.32% in the male),the rate of poor eyesight was79.36%(82.53% in the female and 73.67% in the male),and the rate of scoliosis was 1.60%(1.87% in the female and 1.12%in the male).There were significant differences among the different BMI groups in the rise rates of systolic blood pressure,blood lipids,transaminase,and the rate of scoliosis(P<0.05).The rise rates of systolic blood pressure and blood lipids in the overweight and obesity groups were higher than those in other groups.The rise rate of transaminase in the obesity group was higher than that in other groups.The rate of scoliosis in the light BMI group was higher than that in other groups.Conclusion The poor eyesight rate and abnormal body mass rate is high,but the prevalence rates of hypertension,dyslipidemia,abnormal liver function,scoliosis are lower in the freshmen.The health condition of the girls is suprior to that of the boys.We should pay much attention to the health status of freshmen and formulate comprehensive interventions to do well the health management of students.
