厄贝沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床效果

Clinical effects of Irbesartan combined with Shenyankangfu tablets in treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria

目的:观察厄贝沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床效果。方法:选取76例慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各38例,对照组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合肾炎康复片治疗。比较两组治疗前后尿蛋白水平、临床疗效、血肌酐及尿素氮水平。结果:治疗2个月后,观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%(36/38),明显高于对照组的73.68%(28/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组尿蛋白、血肌酐及尿素氮水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低尿蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮水平,效果优于单纯厄贝沙坦治疗。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Irbesartan combined with Shenyankangfu tablets in treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria.Methods:76 patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Irbesartan alone,while the observation group was treated with Shenyankangfu tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of urine protein,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen before and after the treatment and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.74%(36/38),which was significantly higher than 73.68%(28/38)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of urine protein,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Irbesartan combined with Shenyankangfu tablets for the patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the levels of urine protein,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen.Moreover,it is more effective than single Irbesartan.
