保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人类乳头瘤病毒感染患者的效果观察

Effects of Baofukang suppository combined with microwave therapy on patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus infection

目的:观察保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的效果。方法:选取92例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各46例。对照组患者接受微波治疗,研究组患者在此基础上接受保妇康栓治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率,以及6个月内复发率。结果:研究组总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未见并发症。研究组患者6个月内的复发率为4.35%,低于对照组的21.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎并HPV感染患者的效果优于单纯微波治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate effects of Baofukang suppository combined with microwave therapy on patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:92 patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group(n=46)and control group(n=46)according to the random number table method.The control group received microwave therapy,while the study group was given Baofukang suppository therapy based on that of the control group.The clinical effects,adverse reactions,and 6-month recurrence rates were evaluated for the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 97.83%,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no complications during the treatment of the two groups.The 6-month recurrence rate in the study group was 4.35%,which was lower than 21.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Baofukang suppository combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of the patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection is superior to single microwave therapy.
