优质护理对植入式静脉输液港输液患者的护理效果

Nursing effects of high-quality nursing on patients with implanted intravenous infusion ports

目的:探析优质护理对植入式静脉输液港输液患者的护理效果。方法:选取接受治疗的110例植入式静脉输液港输液患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组予常规护理,观察组予优质护理,比较两组并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率为3.64%,低于对照组的14.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.36%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对植入式静脉输液港输液患者实施优质护理,可降低并发症发生率,同时可提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze clinical nursing effects of high-quality nursing on patients with implanted intravenous infusion ports.Methods:110 patients with implanted intravenous infusion ports were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the high-quality nursing.The complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate in the observation group was 3.64%,which was lower than 14.54%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than 81.82%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the patients with implanted intravenous infusion ports,the implementation of highquality nursing can reduce the complication rate and improve the nursing satisfaction.
