现场混装乳化铵油炸药的研究

Research on Site Mixed Loading H-ANFO

通过对乳胶基质的研究,实现了乳胶基质的远程配送,采用现场混装技术制备了乳化铵油炸药。研究了适合于现场混装技术生产的乳化铵油炸药的配方、生产工艺、主要性能和应用效果,结果表明,采用远程配送的现场混装乳化铵油炸药技术,不仅提高了乳化铵油炸药生产、运输和使用的安全性,而且降低了乳化铵油炸药的生产管理成本。

Based on the research of emulsion matrix,The Long-distance distribution of emulsion matrix was realized.The H-ANFO was produced by the technology of the on-site mixed loading. Formulation,production process,main properties and the application of the site mixed H-ANFO were researched.The results show that the technology of the onsite mixed loading H-ANFO by long-distance distribution,not only improves the safety of production,transportation and use,but also reduces the cost of production and management.
