延安市肺结核患者社会支持状况调查研究

Survey on social support of tuberculosis patients in Yan′an

目的了解肺结核患者的社会支持度状况,并根据调查结果来提出相关建议。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对延安市120名肺结核患者进行社会支持状况调查,并通过SPSS统计软件分析性别、婚姻状况、年龄、痰涂片结果四个方面对患者社会支持度的影响。结果目前肺结核患者的社会支持度明显偏低,肺结核患者婚姻状况及年龄对其社会支持度具有显著影响,肺结核患者性别及痰涂片结果对其社会支持度无显著影响。结论相关医疗部门要加强肺结核知识的普及,让公众正确地认识肺结核并积极帮助关心身边的肺结核患者,此外医疗部门要建立专门的肺结核康复机构,及时关注肺结核患者的心理及身体状态,并尽力为其提供帮助。

Objective To Understand the social support of tuberculosis patients and make recommendations based on the survey results.Methods The Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)was used to investigate the social support of 120 tuberculosis patients in Yan′an.The effects of gender,marital status,age and sputum smear results on social support of patients were analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Results At present,the social support of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is significantly lower.The marital status and age of tuberculosis patients have a significant impact on their social support.The gender and sputum smear results of tuberculosis patients have no significant effect on their social support.Conclusion Relevant medical departments should strengthen the popularization of tuberculosis knowledge,let the public correctly understand tuberculosis and actively help those concerned with tuberculosis patients.In addition,the medical department should establish a specialized tuberculosis rehabilitation institution to pay attention to the psychological and physical status of tuberculosis patients and try their best to help tuberculosis patients.
