2型糖尿病患者家庭功能与焦虑抑郁的关系研究

Relationship between Family Function and Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:了解2型糖尿病患者家庭功能和焦虑抑郁状况,并探讨其相互之间的关系。方法:采用一般资料调查表、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、家庭功能评定量表(APGAR)对306例2型糖尿病住院患者进行问卷调查。结果:家庭功能为良好的有209例(68.3%),中度障碍84例(27.5%),严重障碍13例(4.2%);焦虑发生率为43.5%,抑郁发生率32.0%;焦虑和抑郁的发生率均为家庭功能障碍组高于家庭功能良好组(P<0.001);Logistic回归分析显示家庭功能障碍是焦虑、抑郁的危险因素(OR=8.18,12.13)。结论:2型糖尿病患者其焦虑、抑郁的发生与家庭功能存在相关,且患者家庭功能影响其焦虑、抑郁情绪;医护人员在对患者心理护理上须注重家庭功能的改善,提高家庭支持以减少2型糖尿病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between family function and anxiety and depression in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on type 2 diabetics using the General Information Questionnaire,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and Family Function Rating Scale(APGAR).Results:There were 209 cases(68.3%)with good family function,84 cases(27.5%)with moderate disorder,13 cases(4.2%)with severe disorder;43.5%of anxiety,32.0%of depression.The incidence of anxiety and depression was higher in the family dysfunction group than in the family good function group(P<0.001);Logistic regression analysis showed that family dysfunction was a risk factor for anxiety and depression(OR=8.18,12.13).Conclusion:The occurrence of anxiety and depression in type 2 diabetes mellitus is related to family function,and family function affects their anxiety and depression.Health care workers must pay attention to the improvement of family function in patients'psychological care,and improve family support to reduce anxiety and depression in patients with type 2 diabetes.
