Practices of Stimulating Endogenous Power of Poverty-stricken Population by Using Great National Spirit

伟大民族精神是中华民族的灵魂,是中国人民最根本的精神基因,是深入推进中国特色社会主义事业的精神支柱和力量源泉。打赢脱贫攻坚战必须教育引导贫困群众大力践行伟大民族精神,把扶贫和扶志扶智结合起来,激发脱贫内生动力,实现可持续稳固脱贫。以伟大民族精神激发贫困群众脱贫内生动力主要关注四个方面:一是坚信伟大民族精神,转变帮扶干部激发内生动力的思想观念;二是强化伟大民族精神教育,培养贫困群众自我发展能力;三是强化精准施策,改进贫困群众致富方式;四是强化政策宣传,以预期收益激发脱贫内生动力。

The great national spirit is the soul of Chinese nation and the essential spiritual gene of Chinese people as well as spiritual prop and power source of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,to win the poverty alleviation battle,the poverty-stricken population must be educated and guided to practice the great national spirit,and their aspiration and intelligence must be combined with the poverty alleviation to stimulate their endogenous power so as to achieve sustainable and stable poverty eradication and finally to win the battle.This paper proposes four main aspects of stimulating endogenous power.First,the poverty alleviation staff’s firm belief in the great national spirit and their transformation of ideology in stimulating endogenous power in poverty alleviation.Second,the national spirit education for the impoverished to strengthen the cultivation of their self-development ability.Third,intensifying the targeted implementation of poverty alleviation measures and improving the ways to getting rich.Fourthly,enhancing policy publicity and stimulating endogenous power of poverty alleviation with expected revenue.
