数字档案具有可修改,易复制,易检索,开放性高的特点,在互联网环境下能实现真正的资源共享,高度利用。然而,数字时代下档案管理数据迁移模式在执行力度、环节及分级存储时的规范化都稍有不足。基于此,以迁移模式的规范化为切入点,通过规范数据迁移的前提及基础、规范环节步骤及分级存储模式,提升其规范化,从而推进档案管理数据迁移的效率及安全性。

Digital archives have the characteristics of being modifiable,easy to copy,easy to retrieve,and highly open.They can realize true resource sharing and high utilization in the Internet environment.However,in the digital age,the standardization of the file management data migration model in the execution intensity,links,and hierarchical storage is slightly insufficient.In the changing times,preserving valuable"social memory"and resources requires strategic layout of high-rise buildings,and must be unified and standardized.Based on this,taking the standardization of the migration model as the starting point,the standardization of the premise and basis of data migration,the steps of the standardization process,and the hierarchical storage model are used to improve its standardization,thereby promoting the efficiency and security of file management data migration.
