摘要
变频技术是目前抽油机节能的重要手段,变频电动机的投入使用,使实际生产中调整冲速更加方便快捷。为进一步降低抽油机能耗,同时延长抽油杆使用寿命,延长检泵周期,达到降本增效的效果,根据实际生产数据研究变频状态下冲速与能耗的关系,量化分析冲速对能耗的影响,并对某采油厂某小队193口生产井进行分析,对其中供液不足的99口井进行潜力预测,根据有功功率与冲速的关系预测措施后的有功功率,从而测算出供液不足井调整冲速后机采能耗可降低15%。
