摘要
针对原有水泥包装机出灰系统控制流程过于简单、执行机构防护等级低易进灰、故障率高、易造成包装编织袋过充,出灰嘴漏灰、水泥包装现场跑冒滴漏严重、现场扬尘大,易造成粉尘污染等问题,对包装机进行了优化改造,提高了包装机出灰控制机构的精度和防护等级,提高了包装机的运转率,降低了包装机的扬尘,优化了作业环境,使袋装水泥灌装过程更为稳定。
in view of the existing cement packing machine control process is too simple, the executing agency ash system protection grade low easily into the ash,so the disabled rate is high,easy to cause the packing bag overcharge,ash mouth ash,cement packaging fieldrunning water,dripping water,dripping water,leaking water serious leakage,the dust is big,easy create dust pollution and other issues, the packaging machine is optimized transformation, improves the accuracy of the gray control packing machine and protection level, improve the operation rate of the packaging machine, reduce the dust of the packaging machine, optimized the working environment,make the bagged cement filling process more stable.
