摘要 试验研究赪桐叶的总黄酮提取工艺,在单因素试验基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验法优化.结果表明:赪桐叶的黄酮提取最佳工艺为:乙醇体积分数80%,料液比1:30,提取时间20min,3个因素对黄酮提取的影响排序为:料液比>提取时间>乙醇体积分数,在最佳条件下赪桐叶片总黄酮提取量达41.3 mg/g. This experiment studied the extraction technology of total flavonoids from leaves of clerodendrum japonicum.On the basis of the single factor test,L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction pro-cess of total flavonoids.The results showed that the best extraction process of flavonoids in the leaves of clero-dendrum japonicum was ethanol concentration of 80%,solid-liquid ratio of 1:30 g/mL and extraction time was 20 min.The order of influence of three factors on flavonoids extraction was:solid-liquid ratio>extraction time>ethanol concentration.The extraction rate of total flavonoids in the leaves of clerodendrum japonicums was 41.3mg/g under the best conditions.
