摘要
环糊精因其外腔亲水、内腔疏水的特殊结构及安全无毒、易降解的优异性能,使它在环境污染治理领域表现出越来越广的应用前景.结合国内外研究现状综述了β-环糊精强化微生物降解多环芳烃的机理,包括增溶作用,提高微生物群落功能多样性和土壤酶活性,降低PAHs毒性,并列举了β-环糊精在增效微生物降解PAHs的应用,为多环芳烃污染土壤的治理修复提供了理论依据.
Cyclodextrin is widely used in the field of environmental pollution control because of its special structure of external cavity hydrophilic and internal cavity hydrophobic and its excellent performance of safety,non-toxicity and easy degradation.In this paper,the mechanism of enhanced biodegradation of PAHs by β-cyclo-dextrin was reviewed,including solubilization,functional diversity of microbial community,soil enzyme activity and PAHs toxicity reduction.The application of β-cyclodextrin in enhanced biodegradation of PAHs by microor-ganisms was listed,which provided a theoretical basis for the remediation of PAHs contaminated soil.
