摘要 电气传动装置局部故障信息的自动控制在提高故障检测率方面具有重要意义。首先对电气传动装置的局部故障信息进行分析,随后采集局部故障信号,根据电气传动装置故障的噪声和信号,对其进行小波分解,得到小波分解值,并对其进行归一化处理,得到电气传动装置故障经过去噪后的信号,利用故障信息的权值向量和偏置量计算电气传动装置故障信息的分类函数,引入惩罚参数,对电气传动装置局部故障的对偶优化函数进行计算,得到故障信号的约束条件,对去噪后的故障信号进行采集。利用批次电气传动装置局部故障信息变量中的列向量、偏度向量和峭度向量对批次故障信息控制的统计模量进行计算,并分别计算三个变量的值,根据统计模量对局部故障信息的向量建立训练矩阵,实现电气传动装置局部故障信息的自动控制。结果表明,提出方法能够准确且高效的对局部故障信息进行自动控制。 The automatic control for local fault information of electric drive unit is very important to improve the fault detection rate.Firstly,the local fault information of electric drive unit was analyzed,and then the local fault sig-nal was collected.According to noise and signal of fault in electric drive unit,the wavelet decomposition was carried out and the wavelet decomposition value was normalized to obtain the signal of fault in electric drive unit after the noise reduction.Moreover,the weight vector of fault information and the offset amount were used to calculate the classification function of fault information of electric drive unit.After that,the penalty parameter was introduced to calculate the dual optimization function of local fault of electric drive unit,so as to obtain the constraint condition of fault signal.Meanwhile,the fault signals after the noise reduction were collected.Finally,column vector,skewness vector and peakedness vector in local fault information variable of a batch of electric drive unit were used to calculate statistical modulus of a batch of fault information control.And the values of three variables were calculated separate-ly.According to statistical modulus,a training matrix was established for the vector of local fault information.Thus,automatic control of local fault information of electric drive unit was achieved.The simulation result shows that the proposed method can automatically and accurately control local fault information.
