农村大学生生涯适应力现状及影响因素研究

Investigation on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of College Students Career Adaptability in Rural Areas

适应力是影响农村籍大学生就业情况的一个关键能力。本研究采用问卷法和访谈法对农村大学生生涯适应力的现状及影响因素进行调研。从调研的598名农村大学生状况来看,低生涯适应的人群占比较大。通过对不同程度生涯适应状况的典型农村大学生访谈发现,影响农村大学生生涯适应的主要因素包括三个方面:人力资本、社会资本和心理资本。其中人力资本包括职业技能和职业规划,社会资本包括社会支持和社会经验,心理资本包括希望、韧性、自信、智慧和兴趣。

Adaptability is a key ability that affects the employment situation of college students from rural areas.The status quo of career adaptability of the students and its influencing factors were investigated by questionnaires and interviews.The results showed that the proportion of people with low career adaptation was relatively large.According to the interview results,the main factors influencing the career adaptation of college students from rural areas include three aspects:human capital,social capital and psychological capital.Human capital includes vocational skills and career planning,social capital includes social support and social experience,and psychological capital includes hope,resilience,self-confidence,wisdom and interest.
