Investigation and study on compliance rate of medical staff in safe injection operation

目的了解某中医医院安全注射现状,推动安全注射体系的建立与规范执行。方法制定安全注射操作依从率调查计划,对调查员进行分批、分层、分组培训,采用直接观察法随机对各科室工作人员每月开展安全注射和依从性调查,填写资料、汇总、分析。结果 2017年6月-12月对全院33个临床医技科室的医生、护士、技师等工作人员690人次进行安全注射操作依从率调查。使用一次性无菌注射器进行注射操作、使用一次性无菌注射器或真空采血针进行采血、使用一次性输液器进行输液、查看注射用药及溶媒是否处于有效期内、未使用疑似有污染的的药品,工作人员安全注射操作依从率达100%;条目T6-T8依从率>95.00%;条目T9-T17依从率在92.16%-95.00%之间;T18、T19依从率<90%;T20依从率仅有62.61%。结论认真落实专项工作方案,加强督导,营造院内安全注射氛围,增强医务人员坚持安全注射意识,定期培训医务人员,对改善医院安全注射现状至关重要。

Objective To understand the basic status ofsafe injection in a Chinese medicine hospital,promote the establishment and standardization of safe injection system,and achieve continuous improvement of safe injection.Methods The investigation plan of compliance rate of safe injection operation was formulated. Investigators were trained in batches,layers and groups. The direct observation method was used to investigate the safety injection and compliance rate of staff in each department at random every month. The data were filled in,summarized and analyzed.Results From June to December 2017,690 doctors,nurses,technicians and other staff in 33 clinical medical and technical departments were investigated for compliance rate of safe injection operation. Using disposable sterile syringe for injection operation,using disposable sterile syringe or vacuum blood collection needle for blood collection,using disposable infusion syringe for infusion,checking whether the injection drug and solvent are in validity period,not using suspected contaminated drugs,the staff safety injection operation compliance rate reached 100%. T6-T8 compliance rate is more than 95.00%;T9-T17 compliance rate is between 92.16% and 95.00%;T18 and T19 compliance rate is less than 90%,while T20 compliance rate is only 62.61%.Conclusion It is very important for medical staff to implement the special work plan and strengthen supervision.To enhance their awareness of safe injection and create a safe injection atmosphere in hospital,regularly train of medical staff is necessary.
