Objective To observe the clinical application value of applying evidence-based nursing mode in the treatment and nursing of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group took evidence-based nursing. The quality of life score, neurological deficit score, hospitalization time and satisfaction of patients before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in neurological deficit score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing intervention, the neurological deficit score of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing process of patients with cerebral infarction is of great significance for improving the satisfaction of patients with nursing care, improving the degree of neurological deficit, shortening the hospital stay and improving the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
