摘要
本文针对昆明卷烟厂现用的TR1000废烟处理设备蜗壳内物料及气流的分布及运行进行研究,通过改造离心式废烟处理设备蜗壳内部湍流流场,利用湍流垂直于流管轴线方向的分速度形成的不规则气旋,加强不同比重烟丝(即"回收丝")与残次烟支腔体(即"三纸一棒")的扰动,提升烟丝与废烟支腔体分离的效果,降低可回收丝未充分分离随三纸一棒废弃的几率,达到提高残次烟丝回收率的目的。
In this paper,the distribution and operation of materials and airf low in the volute of TR1000 rejected cigarettes recovery equipment in Kunming Cigarette Factory are studied.The turbulent flow field in the volute of centrifugal rejected cigarettes recovery equipment is reformed,and irregular cyclones formed by the partial velocity of turbulence perpendicular to the axis of the flow tube are used to strengthen tobacco with different specific gravity.(The disturbance of"Recovered tobacco")and rejected cigarettes cavity(i.e."cigarette paper,tipping paper,wrap paper and filter")can improve the separation effect of cut tobacco and rejected cigarettes cavity,reduce the probability of inadequate separation of recoverable tobacco with cigarette paper,tipping paper,wrap paper and filter,and achieve the purpose of improving the recovery rate of rejected cigarettes.
