摘要 近年来,国家建设高速发展,高速公路建设取得巨大成就。其中,桥梁因安全、舒适、占地少、景观好等优势,在公路建设中占比越来越高。两跨及以上连续梁桥组成超静定体系,因刚度大、整体性好、超载能力大、安全度高等特性而备受青睐。而预制梁桥受力较好、施工方便、经济合理也成为项目建设的关键和重点。自行式液压预制梁模板,因具有自动化程度及标准化施工效率高,并能降低人工作业强度和作业成本等优点,逐渐被广泛应用。 In recent years, with the rapid development of national construction, great achievements have been made in highway construction. Because of the advantages of safety, comfort, less land occupation and good landscape, the proportion of bridges in highway construction is higher and higher. Two span or more continuous girder bridges constitute a statically indeterminate system, which is favored for its large stiffness, good integrity, large overload capacity and high safety. And the prefabricated beam bridge has become the key and key point of the project construction because of its good stress, convenient construction and reasonable economy. In recent years, the self-propelled hydraulic prefabricated beam formwork has been widely used because of its high degree of automation, high efficiency of standardized construction, and low labor intensity and operation cost.
