桥梁涂装红外热成像技术检测用试板设计应用

摘要 红外热成像技术采用间歇式辐射加热的方式进行涂层的吸热/放热特性分析,根据涂层在一段时间内的温度变化情况研究涂层内部缺陷的面积及位置。通过设计制作各种喷涂工艺下的预埋缺陷试板的红外热成像检测,根据缺陷、腐蚀图像分析涂装的相关工艺及涂装各种失效形态。 The infrared thermal imaging technology uses intermittent radiation heating to analyze the heat absorption/release characteristics of the coating. According to the temperature change of the coating in a period of time, the area and location of the defects in the coating are studied. Through the design and manufacture of the infrared thermal imaging detection of the embedded defect test plate under various spraying processes, according to the defect, corrosion image analysis of the coating process and coating failure patterns.
