装配式空心板梁铰缝空间受力行为及加固方案研究

摘要 为探究装配式空心板梁"单板受力"病害产生机理及针对性加固补强方案,以某现役6m装配式钢筋混凝土空心板梁为研究对象,建立精准空间有限元模型进行数值模拟,以获得铰缝特征区应力分布规律。进而据此提出"粘贴钢板、对拉锚固、综合诊治"的横向加固方案并通过荷载试验验证了加固效果。试验结果表明,加固后荷载横向分配合理,桥梁整体工作性能提升显著,加固效果较好。 In order to explore the mechanism of "single slab stress" disease of assembled hollow slab beam and the corresponding reinforcement scheme, a 6 m assembled reinforced concrete hollow slab beam in active service is taken as the research object, and a precise spatial finite element model is established for numerical simulation to obtain the stress distribution law of hinge joint characteristic area.Based on this, the transverse strengthening scheme of "sticking steel plate, pulling and anchoring, comprehensive diagnosis and treatment" is put forward, and the strengthening effect is verified by load test. The test results show that the lateral load distribution is reasonable, the overall performance of the bridge is improved significantly, and the reinforcement effect is good.
