摘要
随着经济全球化的进程,越来越多的境外建筑设计企业入驻中国。然而,由于没有相应的中国设计资质,外企仅能提供设计"咨询"服务,较难把控项目完成度。根据实际项目经验,外企可从以下4点有效控制项目完成度:设计初期(概念、方案设计阶段)的可实施性;设计中期(初步设计阶段)的协调工作;设计末期(施工图设计阶段)的审图和控制工作;施工与竣工后的持续把控与服务。
With the process of economic globalization, increasing number of foreign architectural design firms have settled in China.However, as they have no corresponding Chinese design qualification, foreign firms can only provide design "consulting" services and have relatively low control of project overall integrity. According to the actual project experience, foreign firms can effectively control the project completion from the following four points:the implementation of initial design stage(concept design), the coordination in middle design stage(developed design), the design control and drawing review of later design stage(technical design), persistent control and further service after construction and building completion.
